In March 2019, Lucy Pearl’s was started by Ron and Nicole Morris Lucy Pearl’s was started by Ron and Nicole Morris, in March of 2019 after Nicole retired from Union Pacific railroad. Lucy Pearl’s is named after Nicole’s mother Sherry Lucille who was affectionately known as “Sweets.” Nicole used the collected recipes of her mother to bring to life 5 generations of recipes including the award-winning “Betty Lou”, named after her Great Aunt Betty’s famous sour cream pineapple coconut cake. Nicole and Ron debuted at Eleanora’s farmers market with their signature product Banana Pudding cake. You will find one or both of them at the store, talking to customers and sharing their love for sweets.

I recommend all the desserts... they are really good and delicious! My favorites are dark chocolate cake and carrot cake , banana cake their moist and delicious thank you for your sweet tastiest Lucy Pearls!!
The cakes are DELICIOUS... and Mr. Ronald and Nic are very kind and personable. Cakes I recommend: Banana pudding, Brooklyn Blackout, Lemon Poppyseed, carrots, and red velvet, and double chocolate.
My husband and I stopped at Lucy Pearl's this weekend and it was amazing! It's very seldom that I get to eat baked goods out as I have a dairy allergy, BUT they have vegan options, so I got to eat sweet treats too! We got an Italian cake slice, macaroons, and the vegan Cowboy cookies. Everything was absolutely delicious! Do yourself a favor and stop by ASAP
